Yoga 101 – For Beginners
This Beginner’s Online Yoga Program is a 5 class series that teaches a combination of physical postures, deep breathing and relaxation. The classes will guide you through the basics of yoga, allowing you to build a strong foundation for a regular and sustainable yoga practice. You will explore alignment and deep breathing techniques while practicing focus, presence and body awareness. Regardless of your level of flexibility, you will learn modifications with and without the use of yoga props to help your body and mind experience less tension and more freedom.
The 5 class series is suitable for those with minimal yoga experience and for those brand new to yoga.
